This Privacy Policy describes how DocMaster PDF Tools ("the App"), developed and published by TULUS AL SATIBI DEV ("we", "us", or "our"), handles user information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect

DocMaster PDF Tools is designed as a fully offline utility. The App:

• Does not collect personal information (name, email, phone, etc.)
• Does not access, upload, or transmit your documents or photos to any server
• Does not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry services
• Does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• Does not contain advertisements or ad SDKs
• Does not require user registration or account creation

Device Permissions

DocMaster PDF Tools is built with a privacy-first architecture and does not request any dangerous or runtime permissions. The App uses the following Android system components to function:

• Android Photo Picker — Allows you to select photos for PDF conversion. The App can only access the specific photos you choose; it cannot browse your gallery.
• Storage Access Framework (SAF) — Allows you to open PDF files and choose where to save output files. The App can only access files you explicitly select through the system file picker.

Data Processing

All document processing — including photo-to-PDF conversion, PDF combining, page extraction, file size reduction, and document viewing — is performed entirely on your device using local processing libraries.

• No data leaves your device at any time
• No internet connection is required for any feature
• Processed files are saved only to locations you explicitly choose
• Temporary data used during processing is discarded immediately after the operation completes

Third-Party Services

DocMaster PDF Tools does not integrate any third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks (AdMob, Meta Audience Network, etc.)
• Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
• Social media SDKs

Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. However, since the App does not collect any personal information from any user, it is safe for use by individuals of all ages.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by not collecting personal data from any users, regardless of age.

Data Security

Since the App operates entirely offline and does not collect or transmit any data, there is no risk of data breach from our end. Your documents and photos remain exclusively on your device under your control at all times.

Data Retention & Deletion

The App does not retain any user data. The only data stored locally is a simple preference flag indicating whether you have completed the initial welcome screen. This can be cleared by:

• Clearing the App's data through your device's Settings
• Uninstalling the App

No other data is persisted by the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

If we make material changes to how we handle user data (for example, if we ever introduce data collection), we will notify users through the App or other appropriate means before the changes take effect.
